Geary Broadnax:
President and CEO

I first learned of Dovarri when I was faced with finding a sales product for my last company, Insync Internet Services. I needed a tool for our sales staff that could not only help manage the process but also make them more productive. After an exhaustive search and several failed attempts we stumbled on to what is now Dovarri. We achieved such great success with the product I decided to purchase the company in April of 2000.

My professional and entrepreneurial career spans over 30 years during which time, I was an award-winning photo journalist and founder of two successful technology services and consulting companies: Allsource Incorporated in 1992 and Insync Internet Services in 1995. I was fortunate to work with a great group of people who worked tirelessly to help grow these companies to be successful ventures. Both companies were cited among "Houston’s 100 Fastest Growing Companies," and ranked second and first, respectively.

I was twice named as a finalist for the Ernst & Young's "Entrepreneur of the Year" award and I have been the recipient of the Small Business Association's "Businessman of the Year" award. I believe that if we are blessed with success it is our responsibility to give back and that is why I'm active in the Houston community. I serve on numerous philanthropic and business boards, including the Better Business Bureau, the Houston Technology Center, the Houston Symphony, and the Houston International Festival. With Dovarri, I have created an industry-best company where customers are happy they chose us, employees are motivated to achieve, and investors are proud to say they are shareholders. My outside interests, other than being with my wonderful family, includes photography, sports, designing and building furniture and numerous community activities.


Larry Baty:
Chief Financial Officer

I look forward to helping build a truly world class company at Dovarri. I worked for 10 years with IKON Office Solutions as their Shared Service Director/Controller for the U.S. Business Services Division, accounting for $4 Billion of annual Revenue. Prior to IKON, I held various leadership roles as Controller and CFO in the banking industry for 13 years. During all these previous positions, I successfully managed large professional staffs with the goal of motivating them to reach peak performance on a consistent basis.

My goals at Dovarri are to implement strong internal controls throughout the organization, to create an effective reporting system that allows management access to timely and accurate data and to ensure that the company’s resources are used in the most effective way to increase our return on investment; thereby, enhancing shareholder value.

My favorite past time is playing racquetball. I have been married to my wife for 25 years and have a wonderful son who is attending college studying Entrepreneurship. I was born in London, England, grew up in Dallas, Texas and have lived in Houston since 1987. I’m a CPA and graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington.


Scott Tartaglia
Vice President of Sales

I have over 25 years of sales, management and training experience. I was Vice President of Training for a large US bank on Wall Street, Vice President of Sales Training for a large financial services corporation and Corporate Liaison to the Commission on Cooperative Work Experience for New York City High Schools. I consulted with numerous Fortune 100 companies to help them design their Corporate Universities and organizational strategic training plans.

I proudly served 12 years in the United States Air Force (USAF) where I developed and implemented numerous training programs as well as conducted quality audits on educational programs throughout the Air Force Worldwide.

My real dream of being a professional Hockey Player was ended when I shattered both knee caps in a New York State Championship game. During my brief amateur hockey career, I was recruited right out of high school by teams like the Boston Bruins, Minnesota North Stars and Vancouver Canucks. But when my dream did not happen, my life took a different turn and I, instead, used my drive and competitive spirit to excel to help individuals and organizations to "win" at work and in life.

I achieved the title of Certified Master Trainer and have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the College of the Air Force. I am the Author of 100 Pages of Powerful Leadership Practices and a fiction novel, Down Tuckahoe Road.
