Q. How do I make the smart link above the title bar appear?
A. Change your screen resolution to 1024x768
Q. When using the import account feature, how do I bring over my files?
A. After the mapping is completed, click on Apply Import from the Actions menu on the upper left corner.
Q. When I click on the import accounts link I get a page with an x on the screen.
A. Dovarri online client setup needs to be installed your desktop for the Import Accounts feature to function. Go to Quick Links-> Tools and click Online Client Setup to install the software
Q. How can I change a contact that is associated with an account, to just a business card or personal contact?
A. You must delete the contact from the associated account, then re-enter the contact as a biz card or a personal contact.
Q. How can I change the decision completed date, so it may reflect correctly in my reports?
A. Go into the account. Click on Create an Outcome. Click on the blue browse arrow next to the date field. Click on the actual date of the outcome. Click save. The new completed decision date is reflected in the Sales Timeline.
Q. I made changes in the administration system, but I'm not seeing my changes in the SFA application. What should I do?
A. After changes have been made, if you are still in the SFA application, you need to log off, and then log back into the system to refresh the changes that were made.
Q. Why was I unable to find my file when I tried to import some accounts?
A. Import account only works with tabbed delimited text files.
Q. Why do I keep getting an error message when I am copying and pasting notes in the Dovarri system?
A. When pasting notes into the system, if any part of the note is a URL, make sure that the URL is not a hyperlink before you save the information.
Q. I made changes in the administration wizard, but I'm not seeing my changes in the SFA Application. What should I do?
A. After changes have been made, if you are still in the SFA application, you need to log off, and then log back into the system to refresh the changes that were made.
